Starseed Technology DNA Activation Class

This is where our TECHNOLOGY resides and where you are able to access and employ your POWER!💥

Activating our Starseed heritage is imperative to our mission work and being able to hold more and more light for the planet.

** If you're not able to join the live class - the replay will be available for up to 5 days after the class to allow you to practice at your convenience.**

Classes include: Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Physical Movement, Sound Healing, Hypnosis

For the class - you'll need some room to move around. If you have a yoga mat and/or meditation cushion would be the best set up.

Class structure:

7:00pm - 7:10pm     Guided meditation to connect with our Starseed families and intention for class

7:10pm - 7:45pm     Breathwork, sequenced movements and hypnosis/meditation

7:45pm - 8:00pm     Starseed Social Rooms (we'll break off into a breakout room via Zoom to allow you to connect and chat with others)
